This Servo KT-2514S-09 has 20mm shafts, antibacklash nuts, wider 19 inch material capacity. Use the accurate machine to cut thin aluminum, plastics, and wood. The anti-backlash nut and the .200" pitch leadscrews provide accurate resolutions and is great for fine inlay work. The .200" pitch and high torque servo combo also provides great mechanical advantage when cutting hard woods and have been tested to cut .375" deep, at 70IPM, with a .375" diameter bit. With the right approach in your toolpaths, spindle, bits, accessories you can achieve results in milling that once required a $50,000 and more cnc machine. With the KT-2514S-09 you now can do this in your own garage, business, or anywhere with 110V outlet.

Applications: MDF, Maple, Balsa, Corian, Circuit Board, Hard Wood, Plastic, non ferrous metals. Special misting, tools, proper feed rate, proper technique required if used to cut aluminum.
Assembly of Machine: At K2, we test the controller and tolerance prior to shipping out. It is important that our customers get up and running as soon as possible. Machine is assembled to 99% unless otherwise instructed by customer.
Machine Warranty: One year on parts based on an 8 hours per day, 7 days per week operation. One year on labor at K2CNC location.
Support: Email - unlimited. Phone - one basic set up - unlimited. K2 site - basic mach 3 up to 4 hours. Visualmill - basic understanding up to 1 hour.
Crating and Handling: All machines are crated in a wooden pallet and is enclosed with plywood, 2x2 and 2x4. This ensures that your machine will ge there in one piece. All machines are insured.
