Flow Simulation is a powerful CFD (computational fluid dynamics) tool
that enables you to quickly and easily simulate fluid flow, heat
transfer, and fluid forces that are critical to your design's success.
Simulate liquid and gas flow in real world conditions,
run "what if" scenarios, and quickly analyze the effects of fluid flow,
heat transfer, and related forces on immersed or surrounding components.
Design variations can be compared to make better decision, resulting in
products with superior performance. Specific modules simplify the
specialized analysis of HVAC and electronic cooling.
Radiation heat transfer analysis of heat transfer between
high-temperature surfaces. Also calculates solar radiation.
Internal flow analysis of liquids and gases through valves,
regulators, and ducts.

Rotating reference frame analysis for understanding complex
rotational flows inside turbo machinery (i.e., pumps and impellers).

Transient flow analysis for simulating unsteady flow over time.

Conduction and convection heat transfer analysis.
Flow Simulation in Action....
In Automotive Industry: Flow around vehicles, coolant
flow in engine blocks and cylinder heads; flow in manifolds, valves,
nozzles, pumps, catalytic converters, and shock absorbers

Biomedical: Flow in
biomedical devices, tubes and constrictions; cleansing processes
Electronics and semiconductors: Flow and thermal fields in cabinets, chassis, circuit boards; air flow around disk drives
Aerospace: External aerodynamics, flow around submerged bodies; cabin ventilation, flows in fuel lines and fuel tanks

HVAC: Heat exchangers and regenerators; design of heating and air conditioning distribution systems; smoke distribution
Machinery: Draft tubes; Fluid flow for removal of waste material
