All classes are taught by SOLIDWORKS® Certified Professional instructors in a state-of-the-art classroom at our office in Amory, MS unless otherwise indicated.

Classes are filled on a first come first serve basis with a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 people per class.

Classes for SOLIDWORKS Essentials, Advanced Part Modeling, Assembly Modeling, and Sheet Metal are scheduled every month. (Unless otherwise noted)

NEW!! CIP is offering online classes!  

To better accommodate our customers, CIP is introducing live online training classes.  We are offering Sheet Metal as our first online class option.  The Sheet Metal class will be a 4 day class, hours 8:30 am – 12 noon; dates will be published our on training calendar.  Reap all the benefits of  hands-on, live instruction from the convenience of your office.  The class will be instructor lead via web meeting, so you will be able to follow along, ask questions, and get the help you need during the class time.  For more information, please contact our office.

SOLIDWORKS® Essentials: Parts and Assemblies

Description: Teaches how to use the SOLIDWORKS mechanical design automation software to build parametric models of parts and assemblies, and how to make drawings of those parts and assemblies.

Length of Course: 4 days

Class times: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Prerequisites: Mechanical design experience; experience with the Windows operating system.

Description: Provides an in-depth coverage on the basics of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), covering the entire analysis process from meshing to evaluation of results for parts and assemblies.  The class discusses linear stress analysis, gap/contact analysis, and best practices.
